Tiger Airways to start flights from Chennai to Singapore
Tiger Airways is going to start the international flights services between Singapore and Chennai, Kochi, Goa, Thiruvananthapuram, Kolkata and Kozhikode. Tiger Airways is rumoured to have obtained rights to operate extended twin engine operations, which enables the airline to operate more efficient direct routings between Singapore and India.
Singapore has always been a favourite destination for the leisure traveler from India. The availability of a low-cost carrier is expected to make the scene even hotter.
Tiger Airways is a low-cost airline based in Singapore. Its main hub is Singapore Changi Airport. Tiger is one of two airlines operating from its new Budget Terminal. Destinations will encompass airports within a four hour flying radius of Singapore
